Yumeya chairs undergo the test of ANSI/BIFMA x6.4-2018 Unit Drop Test. This test verifies the structural integrity and strength of the chair under pressure.
- Backrest Strength Test
The test device repeatedly pulled the backrest to emulate the strain caused by a person sitting. This ensures that our chairs can withstand the wear and tear of daily usage.
- Armrest Durability Test

- Drop Test --Dynamic
Our chairs are put through a dynamic drop test, a weight is dropped onto the chair to test the strength of both the foam and frame. All our chairs can withstand more than 500lbs.
- Backrest Durability Test (Horizontal Cyclic)
To simulate repeated sitting and evaluate the solidity of our chair’s backrest, we employ machines to create a horizontal cyclic test, ensuring that Yumeya chairs can truly withstand the pressure.

- Front Stability Test
To ensure the stability and safety of all parts of the chair we conduct a front stability test. We attach weights to the front of the chair,ensuring that the chair can withstand various weight distributions.
- Salt Spray Test
Yumeya metal wood grain finish undergoes a salt spray test to ensure resistance to corrosion and maintain its aesthetic appeal. Metal wood grain chairs can withstand testing and are suitable for outdoor use
