Yumeya has upgraded the site and facilities of the production workshop

Great news from Yumeya! 

With the recognition and strong support of clients, Yumeya has achieved rapid growth with a steady flow of orders. To keep up with the increasing demand , we are thrilled to announce that we are not only increasing our production capabilities, but also developing the quality by modernizing machines and brand-new production lines. By doing this, they can boost our production capabilities and elevate the quality even further.

1. The workshop space is being expanded to meet the production needs of large orders.

2. This is a new polishing line.  The newly upgraded device has stronger ability to absorb dust, reducing dust particles from falling on the metal chair frame, thus achieving a smoother chair surface after powder coating

3. Yumeya purchases a more Japan imported welding robot. Since then there are 6 Japan imported welding robots. It can weld 500 chairs a day,three times more efficient than human. With unified standard,the error can be controlled within 1mm.

4. Yumeya completed a new laboratory. Strength&Fabric&Finish&Package test, these all can be done in our new laboratory. All our chairs will undergo the formal test before they can be regarded as qualified products and delivered to clients.

5. Automatic Tube Bending Machine. Through the principle of magnetic levitation to achieve pipe bending, instead of the original manual brute force bending method, so as to achieve high precision and high stability.
