Yumeya new testing lab has been put into use. All our chairs undergo rigorous testing before leaving factory. We hope it can make sure reliable quality of all chairs. All test follows the standard of ANSI/BIFMA x6.4-2018. Now, let's take a quick look of the lab.
1.Backrest Strength Test
Simulates that a user leaning on the back of a chair. Only when it withstand tens of thousands of pulls and holds, and the functionality of the chair is not lost, can it be considered a qualified product.
2.Backrest Durability Test
Simulating the most common usage situation. User sitting on a chair and leaning on the backrest. After tens of thousands of tests and still intact can it pass the test.
3.Armrest Durability Test
Simulate the user press the armrest of chair with force, Fail if cause structural damage or discoloration for surface treatment.
4.Unit Drop Test
Simulate the situation of a chair falling, observe whether the chair will be damaged in special circumstances.
5.Metal Wood Grain Salt Spray Test
The metal wood grain finish undergoes a salt spray test, ensure resistance to corrosion and maintain its aesthetic appeal, making it also suitable for outdoor use.
