Yumeya chairs can withstand a weight capacity of 500 pounds, with a 10-year warranty on the molded foam and frames, demonstrating our commitment to top-notch quality and sustainable practices.

• Production

Yumeya's production workshop adheres to rigorous environmental standards to minimize the output of toxic substances throughout the manufacturing process. We have invested in imported spraying equipment (to reduce powder waste), water curtains, wastewater treatment facilities, and more within our workshop.

This powder coatings do not contain toxic heavy metals, are free of solvents and therefore do not release VOCs (volatile organic compounds) during coating. This indicates that our use of Tiger Powder Coat is environmentally friendly while providing exceptional performance.

• Production Waste Recycling

The waste generated after production is recycled by certified environmental recycling companies for secondary production. After recycling, the steel will be recast, while the plywood will be used as raw material for home decoration panels and may be used as biofuel.
